When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order approximately 2 business days after we receive payment from you. FREE shipping over $150.00 in product except for Alaska & Hawaii. FREE SHIPPING includes the 48 contiguous United States, all Territories of the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S military addresses above $150.00 U.S dollars in merchandise. Foreign customers may also contact us BEFORE your purchase to help offset the internal U.S shipping cost if purchase is over $150.00 U.S dollars. |
How do I return my product? |

When will my order ship? |

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Orders are picked up from Monday to Friday only during regular workdays. Day 1 order is received, day 2 merchandise is boxed and day 3 the courier retrieves the items. |
